1. Requirements for power supply and air supply ①The power supply must have a ground wire and ensure adequate grounding. The transformer must be well grounded. Check whether the grounding wire knob is tightened before each use. ②The gas source used must be effectively filtered. Sometimes a secondary filtration device is needed. The filter should be cleaned in time. Otherwise: water, oil and dust/dust particles will enter the ion generation chamber and adhere to the inner wall of the plastic part. When it accumulates to a certain extent, the ion needle will ignite it. As a result, the plastic parts gradually formed honeycomb coke damage, and the ion rejection gradually decreased; in particular, safety hazards occurred.
2. Adjustment of static elimination effect ① Static elimination effect The static elimination time is inversely proportional to the air pressure. The air pressure should be 0.3Mpa-0.7Mpa. ②The distance and angle between the gun head, the nozzle head and the electrostatic field all affect the effect of static electricity, so you should pay attention to debugging until you are satisfied.
3. Routine maintenance ① The air gun / nozzle head is easy to break. Pay attention to anti-collision when using the air gun and anti-drop after use. Even if the nozzle is fixed, care must be taken to prevent collisions. ②Pip the universal anti-rust lubricating liquid into the air gun air pressure regulating valve in a moderate and appropriate amount. ③While cleaning the ion needle and ion needle chamber of the ion air gun, use absolute alcohol instead of thinner. When cleaning, first cut off the power, then use the camera to unscrew the small plastic cover (also called air accelerator) in front of the ion air gun head, use a cotton swab dipped in absolute alcohol to clean the ion needle and the inner cavity of the ion needle. Clean stains and dirt. ④It is best to add a foot switch to the air supply of the ion air gun, or through the linkage control of the solenoid valve and the mechanical action, which can not only improve the use effect, but also extend the service life.
