Measures to Eliminate Static Electricity
1. Instruments for Eliminating Static Electricity:
Ionizing fans and electrostatic dust removal guns. Ionizing fans can provide a wide area for static elimination, rapid static elimination time, and stable ion balance voltage in various working environments (including cleanrooms).
Features: The ion generating circuit uses a patented US technology to manufacture a built-in negative feedback automatic ion balance adjustment device. The ion balance voltage is <0V±5V. The rapid static elimination time is 1.0~3.0S. The patented ionization device cleaner can periodically remove accumulated dust from the ionization device, effectively reducing the failure rate of the ionizing fan and extending its service life. 2. Wearing Anti-static Products: Wear anti-static gloves, anti-static wrist straps (connected to ground wire), anti-static work clothes (a complete set or a single coat), and anti-static work shoes.
3. Use of anti-static products in the work environment: The floor in the work environment is made of anti-static flooring, and the surface of the workbench is covered with an anti-static mat.
