Not all dust-free shoes can be cleaned
Recently, a customer planned to clean dust-free shoes, but was rejected by our company. The reason is that the customer's dust-free shoes are particularly dirty, and the uppers are basically oily, so dust-free cleaning is impossible.
Why can't professional dust-free cleaning clean inferior dust-free shoes?
1. Oil stains cannot be removed, because the cleaning agent used for dust-free cleaning is neutral, which can only ensure that water-soluble stains such as sweat stains, dust and dirt are removed.
2. If similar heavily polluted dust-free shoes are cleaned in batches, it will cause pollution to the purification workshop environment and purification equipment. (Note: Purification boots should be cleaned immediately after use.
If long-term use causes excessive pollution of purification boots, such heavily polluted shoes are not recommended for use as purification shoes in the future.)
3. We need to ensure the cleanliness of all customers' dust-free clothes after cleaning, so similar heavily polluted sample shoes cannot be cleaned.
Some non-professional dust-free cleaning companies use strong acid and strong alkaline detergents in the process of cleaning clean clothes, coupled with industrial washing machines with strong pulling force. The washed clothes are clean and beautiful, but the clothes themselves will be seriously damaged, especially special professional functional work clothes such as anti-static clothes and dust-free clothes. The conductive threads on the fabric will be strongly corroded and disintegrated, seriously affecting the performance of the clothes.
