But now there are many fake conductive filaments, which need to be tested to be safe.
The fabrics used in anti-static fabrics are made of conductive fibers embedded in ordinary yarns at various equal intervals and in a certain arrangement, such as strips, squares, and so on. The mechanism is realized by corona discharge between conductive fibers in the fabric. However, in order to make huge profits, some units take advantage of this feature of anti-static fabrics, and use the arrangement of "one true and one false, one true and two false" when processing grey fabrics. That is to say, some conductive fibers are real and some are fake. Can't see it, in order to achieve cost savings, lower prices, and disrupt the market.
The inspection method is to test it with a surface resistance tester after purification and dust-free cleaning to see if the parameters are within the qualified range. If it fails, it proves that the conductive wire is fake. Many counterfeit conductive threads have no anti-static effect, but only add anti-static agents to the fabric, which will fail after cleaning.
