Principle and application of anti-static gloves


Anti-static gloves, also called (ESD) gloves, are made of special anti-static glove cloth. The base material is composed of nylon and conductive fibers. The distance between the conductive fibers is 4 mm. The quality of the gloves is very good. With excellent elasticity and antistatic properties, it can avoid the damage of the product caused by static electricity generated by the human body. It is very suitable for use in electronic clean rooms and environments with static electricity. Widely used in low humidity, flammable and particle sensitive environments. These gloves help protect products and workers from potential hazards.


Anti-static application environment for glove operation, because static electricity can damage sensitive electronic parts. Wearing anti-static gloves can prevent the workers' fingers from directly contacting electrostatic sensitive components, and can safely release the static charges of the objects carried by the workers or the human body.
