Proper use of anti-static component box
1. First, choose the accessories. The accessories include: two upper and lower metal base plates, four aluminum alloy columns, 12 screws, 12 screw washers, a fixed side plate, a movable side plate, and a blocking bar. This is a set of all accessories for HWD-BOX85803A anti-static SMT loading and unloading racks. Of course, tools are required for installation. The simplest tool is a hexagonal screw wrench used only for screwing.
Second, after selecting the accessories and tools, you can install it. First, fix the four aluminum alloy posts to a metal base plate with screws (there is a gasket under each screw) to tighten the screws to prevent shaking.
3. Fix a fixed side plate on the metal fixing plate of the upright post, and tighten the screws as before.
4. The next step is to fix another metal fixing plate. When installing this fixed base plate, pay attention to that the screws are slightly unscrewed, but the fixed is not allowed to slide off the post. why? Haha, this is a skill, you will understand later.
5. This step is the most critical. If this step is not installed well, the previous work is equivalent to doing nothing. It is to install the movable side plate, just said that when fixing another bottom plate, do not tighten it, so that the movable side plate can be easily anti-static. First of all, you must align one side (upper or lower) directly to the bottom end of the gear, and then the movable plate on the other side slowly slides along the gear to this side. Whether it is stuck in the bottom board chute, if everything is fine, see if the upper buckle can also be stuck in the upper board chute, Ok, no problem, then the next step is to tighten the screw of this bottom board.
