3. ESD clothes used at different air cleanliness levels should be cleaned and sorted separately, and disinfected or sterilized if necessary. Additional particulate matter should not be brought into the clean clothes during washing and sterilization, and a cleaning cycle for work clothes should be formulated.
4. Clean work clothes in areas above level 100,000 should be washed, dried and organized in the clean room (area).
The most commonly used materials for anti-static clothing are: ultra-fine polyester filament + conductive fiber. The characteristics of this fabric are: the fabric itself does not emit dust, does not absorb dust, has no dust removal, good barrier properties, high density, High strength, high temperature resistance and other properties. Optional fabrics: 5mm strip, 5mm mesh, 2.5mm mesh fabric conductive silk, its dust-proof and anti-static effect is getting stronger and stronger; this is also selected according to the clean room grade. Generally, clean rooms below CLASS10000 should Use 5mm strip conductive silk, CLASS1000 and should use 5mm mesh; CLASS100 clean room should use 2.5mm mesh fabric conductive silk. In addition, some clean clothes used in the clean rooms of pharmaceutical and food factories use cotton materials because of their good breathability. In fact, this is unreasonable. The reason is: the cotton material itself will generate dust and shed lint; secondly, it is breathable The sexual effect is good, but at the same time it will cause dust and fibers in the human body to be emitted through cotton clothes. This will contaminate the medicine and affect the air cleanliness of the entire clean room.
Anti-static clothing styles include: coat type, split type (jacket type), one-piece type (two-piece type, three-piece type, four-piece type), the selection standard is: CLASS300000 (select coat type clean clothing), CLASS100000 (choose split-type clean clothes) CLASS10000 (choose two-piece or three-piece clean clothes), CLASS1000 or above (choose three-piece clean clothes or four-piece clean clothes), of course, there are also conductive fiber options It's related, as mentioned above.
