The 6422e's IsoStat circuit is designed to achieve 0+/-20V ion balance instinctively, eliminating the hassle of maintenance and adjustment, and providing protection for components sensitive to electrostatic damage.
The ion needle of 6422e has a high voltage shielding design to eliminate the problem of conduction of electrostatic field. With FMS connector, it can be used for production equipment or system control.
The 6422e can be equipped with an automatic needle tip cleaning wiper, which rotates automatically when the power is switched on to clean the ion needle.
