A static electricity release ball is a common anti-static device, mainly used to eliminate static electricity accumulated on the surface of the human body or objects. Its working principle is to conduct static electricity to the ground through conductive materials, thereby avoiding sparks or electric shocks that may be caused by electrostatic discharge. When using it, simply touch the ball lightly, and the static electricity will be safely released through the grounding wire.


II. Correct Usage Method of Static Electricity Release Balls
Installation Location: Should be installed in areas with frequent personnel traffic, such as workshop entrances, laboratory doors, etc.
Usage Frequency: It is recommended to use it before entering static-sensitive areas, especially during dry seasons.
Operation Method: Fully contact the ball surface with your palm and hold the contact for 1-2 seconds.
Maintenance and Inspection: Regularly check whether the grounding wire is properly connected and whether the ball surface is clean.
III. Precautions for Use
Avoid using sharp objects to touch the ball surface to avoid scratches.
If obvious wear is found on the ball surface or poor grounding, stop using it immediately.
In extremely dry environments, the usage frequency can be appropriately increased.
