Storage and maintenance of anti-static clothing
After some enterprises purchase anti-static clothing, they don't know how to store it, which leads to the deterioration of the anti-static clothing and affects the anti-static performance of the anti-static clothing. So how to properly store anti-static clothing?
Storage method of anti-static clothing:
Packaging, storage and transportation Attention should be paid during transportation, the anti-static work clothes must be covered, the packaging must not be damaged, and prevent sunlight and high temperature exposure; it is strictly forbidden to use hand hooks to drag during transportation. Anti-static work clothes should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent mildew and deterioration. When storing, it should be more than 200mm away from the ground and walls, and more than 1m away from all heating elements. It should avoid direct sunlight, and it is strictly forbidden to place it in the open air. An appropriate amount of anti-moth agent must be added to the packaging and storage of anti-static wool knitted fabrics.
Maintenance and maintenance of anti-static clothing:
It is best to wash anti-static work clothes with neutral detergent. Do not mix them with other clothes when washing. Use hand washing or washing machine soft washing procedures to prevent conductive fibers from breaking. The washing water temperature should be below 40°C, and clean water at room temperature should be used for rinsing. The washing time should be as short as possible, but it must be fully rinsed to remove residual detergent. Do not use bleaching powder or organic solvents to decontaminate anti-static overalls with flame-retardant and oil-proof properties.
