Teach you how to check and accept anti-static floor

   The anti-static floor has strict requirements on the site in laying, and at the same time, there are also standardized acceptance standards in the acceptance after the laying is completed. First of all, if the site where the anti-static floor is laid can meet the laying requirements, it can better exert the anti-static effect of the anti-static floor, and at the same time can extend its service life and reduce the cost of maintenance. Secondly, if the floor is laid in accordance with the standard, it can also give full play to the anti-static effect and extend the life of the floor.

 The following are the laying and acceptance criteria of anti-static floor:

       1. The gap between the anti-static floor and the floor below must be dust-free, clean, and free of impurities;

       2. The misalignment of the adjacent floors cannot be greater than 1mm, and the edge strips of the floor should be guaranteed to be straight;

      3. The height difference between the anti-static floor should be less than 1mm. This requirement is relatively high, but it will have a great impact on the future use and maintenance of the anti-static floor;

      4. The surface of the anti-static floor has no scratches, no coating peeling off, and no damage to the side strips;

      5. After normal laying, the anti-static floor must be stable, and there will be no shaking and noise when walking on it.
