Test method of anti-static shoes
1. Instrument A. The test instrument can output a DC voltage of 100V±2V. The measurement accuracy can be within 5%, and it can ensure that the energy consumed on the test sample does not exceed 3W. The accuracy of the voltmeter and ammeter is 2.5, and the measurement range can meet the measurement requirements. B. The inner electrode is composed of steel balls with a total weight of 4KG and a diameter of 5MM. Antioxidant treatment must be carried out before use. C. The external electrode is a copper plate. It must be oxidized and cleaned with alcohol before use.

2. Prepare the test sample A. Prepare the sample to clean the sole surface of the shoe with ethanol. Wash the soles with distilled water and dry them as specified. Prohibiting the use of organic substances will cause corrosion of the soles and swelling and deformation of organic substances. The surface of the sole should not be worn. The conductive layer of 180 * 40MM should be placed on a clean shoe sole and dried under the specified environmental conditions. B. Measurement of resistance value of conductive coating. The device used to measure the resistance of the conductive coating consists of three conductive metal poles with a top radius of 3MM±2MM. There are two rod distances of 35MM±0.2MM. And connected by metal wire. The distance between the third pole and the other two pillars is 160MM±5MM, and it is insulated from the other two pillars. Place shoes coated with conductive layer on designated metal posts. The forefoot part of the shoe should be placed on two pillars 35mm apart, and the heel part should be on the third pillar. All three pillars must be in contact with the conductive coating. Then, use the prescribed test equipment to measure the resistance between the first two columns and the third column. Through the principle of measuring circuit, the resistance value must be less than 1KΩ.
3. Test conditions for anti-static shoes. Environmental requirements: temperature 20℃±2℃; relative humidity: 30%±3%. Answer: The test sample should be placed under environmental conditions for more than 24 hours. B. If the test cannot be performed in the specified environment, the test must be completed within 5 minutes after the test sample is taken out of the environment. 4. The test process of anti-static shoes is to fill the sample shoes with steel balls according to the regulations (if the upper height is not enough, all conductive steel balls cannot be filled, and insulating materials can be used to increase the upper height). Place the test sample of the steel ball on the specified external electrode, and connect the specified DC power supply between the internal and external electrodes for 1 minute. Principle of measuring circuit. Record or calculate the voltage and current values after a specified time.
