Test methods for anti-static heel straps

1. Testing equipment:
1. Multimeter: There are two voltages to choose from, 10V and 100V respectively;
2. Conductive plate or insulating pad;
3. Steel ball;
4. Aluminum tin;
5. Temperature and humidity box (optional)
2. Related parameters:
1. Rubber surface resistance
Conductive layer 10^3-10^5Ω. Dissipative layer 10^6-10^9Ω.
2. The ground resistance of the conductive webbing is 10^6Ω (1MΩ).
Conductive tape length 400-450mm (can be made according to customer requirements).
Use testing equipment to test the above parameters respectively. Those who pass the test are good products. If the parameters are unqualified, please do not use them.

3. Precautions in the use of anti-static heel straps:
1. When using the electrostatic heel strap, each user should wear both feet at the same time to increase the contact time and continuity between the heel strap and the ground, thereby reducing the possibility of human body electrostatic hazards.
2. The conductive webbing must be in good contact with human skin.
3. It must be used on the anti-static floor or ground where the system is grounded.
4. The anti-static heel strap must be fastened, not only to ensure the anti-static effect, but also to prevent tripping.
5. Regular cleaning and keeping clean.
