Recently, a customer asked us, what is the difference between non-woven fabrics and dust-free fabrics?

Non-woven fabrics, also known as non-woven yarns, are a new generation of environmentally friendly materials that are water-repellent, breathable, soft, non-combustible, toxic and non-irritating, and very colorful. It has environmental protection properties that plastic products do not have, and its natural hydrolysis time is much longer than that of plastic bags. Therefore, non-woven bags made of non-woven fabrics are also generally regarded as economical and affordable environmentally friendly shopping bags.

Dust-free wipes are made of double-woven polyester fiber. They have a hard surface and are easier to apply to fragile surfaces. They do not remove fibers due to friction and have good water absorption and hand-washing efficiency. Product removal and cartoning are completed in the ultra-clean workshop.

Wipes, dust-free wipes, microfiber dust-free cloths, and microfiber wipes can be used to smear fragile surfaces. They produce low dust and do not remove fibers due to friction. They have good water absorption and hand-washing efficiency. Specially suitable for dust-free purification workshops.

Dust-free wipes and non-woven fabrics are two different products, and the two situations they are suitable for are also different. Understand the differences between the two and use them accurately for both products.
