The use characteristics of anti-static table mat
The anti-static table mat is mainly made of anti-static material and static-dissipative material synthetic rubber. The anti-static surface layer is a dissipative static layer about 0.5mm thick, and the anti-static bottom layer is a conductive layer about 1.5mm thick; we usually use a 2mm double-layer composite structure.
Scope of application: Anti-static leather is mainly used in electronic products, such as the placement of countertops and product related inspections, which play an anti-static effect;
The conductivity of the anti-static table mat: the conductivity of the anti-static skin is 10 106-109Ω, usually 108Ω.
The anti-static table mat has the characteristics of long-lasting use, and has good acid and alkali resistance, anti-chemical flux characteristics, and is wear-resistant and easy to clean.
The principle of anti-static table mat:
1. The green surface is for storage and absorption of static electricity around the desktop, and its resistance is 10 to the 7th power of -10 to the 9th power Ω/cm;
2. The black bottom surface is the 6th power of the conductor ≤10 Ω/cm, because the conductor can quickly discharge the absorbed static electricity;
3. One end of the grounding wire is connected to the anti-static table pad, and the other end is connected to the ground. Therefore, the static electricity is smoothly discharged to the ground through the grounding wire, so that the static electricity around the desktop is discharged through this principle.
How to use the anti-static table mat: Lay an anti-static table mat on the desktop, and then buckle one end of the anti-static grounding wire on the surface, and the other end is connected to the ground conductor, so that the static electricity collected on the desktop is grounded through the anti-static The line is let out.
