Use and maintenance of anti-static tape
Antistatic tape has excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. High bond strength, tensile strength, good elasticity and elongation, and strong adaptability to interface deformation and fracture. It has good adhesion, water resistance, airtightness, low temperature resistance and followability, as well as good dimensional stability. The construction operation process is simple.

1. The diameter of the conveyor roller and the minimum pulley diameter of the conveyor belt should comply with relevant regulations.
2. The anti-static tape should be placed in a roll, do not fold, and if the storage time is too long, it should be turned over every quarter.
3. When the conveyor is equipped with baffles and cleaning devices, avoid the abrasion of the anti-static tape.
4. The type and specification of anti-static tape should be reasonably selected according to the needs of use and specific conditions.
5. It is prohibited to connect (match) antistatic tapes of different varieties, specifications, models, strengths and fabric layers together.
6. It is best to use heat vulcanization for conveyor belt joints to improve reliability and maintain high effective strength.
7. Cleanliness is the basic condition for the normal operation of anti-static tape. Foreign matter will affect the eccentricity of the tape, poor tension or even break.
8. Do not bend or squirm the antistatic tape, keep the drag roller, the vertical roller soft, and the tension should be moderate.
9. If the anti-static tape is found to be damaged early in the use process, the cause should be found and repaired in time to avoid adverse consequences.
10. It is best to use a crane when loading and unloading, and use a rigging with a beam to hang it smoothly to avoid damaging the edge of the belt.
11. Anti-static tape should be stored in a warehouse to avoid sun and rain; no contact with organic solvents such as acids, alkalis, oils, etc., keep it clean and dry, 1m away from the discovery device, and room temperature between -15℃~40℃.
