For example, some workers hang masks that should be worn on their chests or ears when they are working, because they feel that they are too hot or uncomfortable to breathe while wearing masks; some workers do not wear goggles when performing electric welding and cutting operations. It’s the sideways fascinated by the eyes, which not only poses a safety hazard, but also causes eye irritation and swelling; some employees do not wear gloves when working because they feel that wearing gloves is troublesome and inflexible when working; some employees do not follow the regulations on the neck Some workers put the towels aside and put them on the shelf. Some workers don’t use them at all, but use them to cope with inspections. Some grassroots units even discount the labor insurance supplies that employees should get. Distributed in cash, and took the opportunity to raise the standard. Even though it catered to some people’s psychology, employees did not use the cash to purchase actual labor insurance supplies.


In response to the above situation, the author has recently conducted a special survey on the use of labor insurance products in the eight basic-level production units of the company. The author also found that the above-mentioned phenomena are still quite common in the production line of the company. Many managers and employees have This has become a habitual violation of regulations. At the same time, some employees reported that some employees’ personal labor insurance products were diverted for other purposes, and the utilization rate was worryingly low. Large and small accidents caused by not wearing labor insurance products or improper use occurred during work, especially serious ones. Pneumoconiosis caused by long-term exposure to dust is increasing year by year. However, these hidden dangers have not attracted the attention of enterprises and employees, and they are indeed blank areas in the safety inspection.


In addition, due to factors such as procurement, storage, and transportation, some companies have issued labor insurance products of poor quality and employees are unwilling to use them. The author's research found that the company's personnel responsible for purchasing labor insurance products or their sense of responsibility are not strong, or the professional knowledge of labor insurance products is not high, resulting in the poor quality of the labor insurance products purchased by the employees, and the employees can not use them and are not easy to use. For example, workers in mines and construction companies often drop their hats and touch their heads at work, but the quality of the helmets is too poor, and they will break as soon as they are worn; the work clothes will be opened and the buttons will be dropped as soon as they are worn; gloves are also worn as soon as they are worn, and rubber boots are even more of a problem. Wear it and it will break, causing workers to "broken shoes, hats, and work clothes on their bodies." In the long run, this is another reason why workers are unwilling to wear and use labor insurance products.
