1. esd polyester fabric
esd polyester fabric is a fabric that is used to make anti-static work clothes. It is made of 99% polyester filament plus 1% conductive fiber yarn. The material of conductive yarn is generally carbon fiber, which is evenly distributed on the fabric. Therefore, black pinstripes appear on the surface of the conductive silk. Usually, the more conductive fiber filaments, the better the performance of anti-static work clothes. According to the different layout and spacing of conductive fibers, it is divided into 0.5 stripes, 0.5 grids, 0.25 stripes, 0.25 grids, etc.
2. Polyester/cotton antistatic fabric
Polyester-cotton anti-static fabric is also a commonly used anti-static fabric. It is generally used in the production of outdoor anti-static work clothes. It is blended with different proportions of polyester fiber and cotton fiber plus conductive fiber yarn. According to the cotton content, it is divided into T65 /C35 fabrics, T80/C20 fabrics and CVC fabrics with a cotton content higher than 50%. The difference between polyester-cotton anti-static fabric and conductive silk is that the conductive fiber is invisible on the front of the polyester-cotton anti-static fabric. It is distributed on the back of the anti-static workwear fabric. Common specifications are 1.0 stripes and 1.0 mesh. Grid, 1.5 stripes, etc.
