Ordinary dust-free cloth is made of double-woven 100% polyester fiber. It has a soft surface and is easy to wipe sensitive surfaces. It does not lose fibers when rubbed. It has good water absorption and cleaning efficiency. The cleaning and packaging of the products are completed in the ultra-clean workshop. Optional edge banding generally includes: cold cutting, laser edge banding, ultrasonic edge banding.
The microfiber dust-free cloth wiper is woven from ultra-fine and tough fibers. It has a super-strong organizational structure, soft and tough characteristics, and has the advantages of not damaging the work object and low dust and ion content. Generally, laser and ultrasonic waves are used to seal the edge perfectly; it has a long service life, super water absorption (like silk), and will not cause surface wear when used. The amount of dust falling is less, the amount of ion release is less, and the wiping effect is more than 10 times higher than that of ordinary wiping cloths.
