The selection of clean clothes is first of all fabrics. Clean clothes must use anti-static fibers. Incorrect selection of anti-static fibers may cause pollution. At present, there are two common types of anti-static fibers - surface carburized anti-static fibers and composite spinning anti-static fibers. Surface carburized anti-static fibers are easily peeled off by washing and friction because of their conductive components coated on the surface of the substrate, which increases the amount of dust generated by the fabric, so it cannot be used in a clean room environment. Composite spinning anti-static fiber is fully mixed with conductive components and molten matrix materials, and then compounded with matrix materials through special spinneret holes, so it is wear-resistant and washable, and is not easy to generate dust. If the surface of the anti-static fiber is rough and has light-transmitting spots, it can be judged as a surface-carburized anti-static fiber and cannot be used to make clean clothes. The warp and weft density of the fabric is an index that reflects the tightness of the fabric. The higher the warp and weft density, the smaller the gaps in the fabric, and the better the dust filtration rate at this time. The dust filtration rate is also another important indicator of the cleanliness performance of clean clothes.

The second is accessories. There are many accessories that make up clean clothes, such as zippers, elastics, snap buttons, sewing threads, etc.; several inspections need to be done on the accessories, whether the accessories are dusty; whether the accessories have high temperature sterilization performance (usually 121 degrees) moist heat sterilization).
