What to pay attention to when using anti-static tweezers

Anti-static has the characteristics of good flexibility, light use and discharge of static electricity, durable, no dust, acid and alkali resistance.
After entering the laboratory, you should wear gloves before taking out the anti-static tweezers to avoid contamination and affect the effect of the experiment.
Only use clean anti-static tweezers to hold the chip. Once the tweezers are dropped on the ground or touched by your hands, or are contaminated by other reasons, they must be cleaned before they can be used again.
After use, the anti-static tweezers should be placed in the prescribed places of each station. They should not be placed arbitrarily. If there are tweezers for special manufacturing processes, they should be kept by themselves after use. They should not be mixed with the tweezers in the laboratory.
Holding anti-static tweezers should adopt the "pen-holding" posture to hold the chip, so that the operation is more convenient and safer.
When clamping the chip, the sequence should be taken from back to front, and when putting the chip back, put it back from front to back to avoid scratching the surface of the chip.
When clamping the chip, the "short side" (saw-shaped head) is placed on the front of the chip, and the "long side" (flat head) is placed on the back of the chip. Hold the blank part of the chip so that the chip is not damaged.
