Anti-static plastic film is also called anti-static heat-sealing film, anti-static plastic film, anti-static plastic and so on. Its main function is to use in products such as plastic documents and pictures. Why over plastic? Over-plasticizing photos or documents and work instructions can prevent fingerprints, stains, or scratches on photos, pictures and documents; a large number of items that are repeatedly touched need to be protected, so that photos, documents or certificates are stored for many years like new ones. No fading, no damage; protection of items that need to be placed in a clean room for a long time; more can prevent photos, documents or certificates from being damaged during transportation; such products are mostly used in clean rooms or anti-static workshops.
Since the anti-static plastic film is a product that needs to be heated, many customers will have a question about this. Does the anti-static plastic film have anti-static function after heating? Or the anti-static performance will not deteriorate without weakening, here is how to explain the nature of this anti-static product when heated.
First, let me talk about the temperature of the laminator. Generally, the temperature suitable for gluing is around 140-150 degrees. If the temperature of the laminator is too high or the pressure is too high, there will be bubbles or fuzzy white impressions in the interlayer. The high temperature of more than 100 degrees will not have any impact on the anti-static performance and weaken its anti-static effect. On the contrary, in many anti-static liquids used for surface treatment, many of them need to be heated by high temperature to enhance The anti-static effect makes the anti-static performance better.
Therefore, there is no need to worry about whether this anti-static product can make the anti-static function and effect disappear or weaken after heating, and the anti-static plastic film also has various thicknesses.
