A dust-free workshop cannot be replaced by an ordinary workshop

Nowadays, more and more dust-free workshops have emerged, such as the electronics industry, precision machinery industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, etc., which must be produced in dust-free workshops.

The dust-free workshop is different from the ordinary production workshop. The main reason is that the dust-free workshop has very strict requirements for static electricity and dust particles. The staff must comply with strict regulations when entering the dust-free workshop. Just look at the following items to see how strict the requirements are.

1. Anyone who enters the clean room for work or visits must change into clean clothes, clean shoes, clean hats, etc. before entering the clean room, and is not allowed to organize clean clothes in the clean room, and it is prohibited to wear Shorts, walking shoes, socks, etc. enter the clean room.

2. Mobile phones, keys, lighters and other items are not allowed to enter the clean room, and should be put in the personal clothing box. The body should be kept clean, the hair should be washed frequently, and the use of perfume and cosmetics is prohibited.

3. Do not eat, drink, laugh, or engage in other things that have nothing to do with production in the dust-free workshop. Smokers should finish smoking in the smoking area and after they have smoked and rinsed their mouth before entering the dust-free workshop.

4. Personal belongings (handbags, books, etc.) and tools used in non-clean workshops are not allowed to be brought into the clean workshop without the permission of the supervisor of the clean workshop. Manuals and tools for maintenance should be put away immediately after use.

5. When raw materials enter the dust-free workshop, they must be unpacked and cleaned outside, and placed in the cargo air shower room for air showering before being carried into the dust-free workshop.
