Advantages of Anti-Static Cleanroom Clothing

1. Anti-Static Cleanroom Clothing Fabrics Are Non-Particle-Emitting: Since they are worn in cleanrooms, the fabrics must not be a source of dust. This dictates that ultra-cleanroom fabrics must be produced using chemically synthesized long fibers. Natural short fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk cannot be used in ultra-cleanroom fabrics, although these materials may improve wearability. Furthermore, the amount of dust generated by the selected chemical filaments must be strictly controlled. Generally speaking, fully matte polyester filaments are not suitable for anti-static ultra-cleanroom fabrics because the matting agent titanium dioxide added during polyester production can become a source of contamination.
2. Anti-Static Cleanroom Clothing Fabrics Must Have Excellent Dust Retention: Dust in cleanrooms primarily comes from indoor air and people moving around. Once equipment conditions are determined, improving cleanliness requires minimizing the amount of human-generated dust particles trapped within the clothing, allowing them to pass through the fabric and into the air. This is what is known as a high dust filtration rate for the fabric. Improving dust filtration efficiency comes at the expense of fabric breathability. Therefore, knitted and loosely woven fabrics are not suitable for cleanrooms.
3. Touchscreen cleanroom clothing is widely used in cleanrooms in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, bioengineering, optics, aerospace, aviation, color tubes, semiconductors, precision machinery, plastics, spray painting, hospitals, and environmental protection. Available in a variety of colors and sizes to suit different anti-static or cleanroom environments.
