Anti-static corded wrist strap The stretchable curved grounding wire is connected to the inner surface of the wrist strap. The material of the grounding wire is the conductor. It is an insulating or dissipative material. The principle of selection of the resistor is to ensure that the current flowing through the human body when the operator touches the high voltage is not more than 5 mA. It is necessary to ensure that the static electricity carried by the human body can be quickly discharged through the resistor, so that the static electricity on the skin is less than 100V, and the resistance value of the resistor is generally taken as 106Ω.
The anti-static cordless wrist strap adopts the principle of tip discharge. When the accumulated charge exceeds a certain value, the potential difference is discharged to the space, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating static electricity. It usually requires a voltage of more than 1500V, and its tip part discharges air to dissipate static electricity. However, the static voltage required for dissipating static electricity in a cordless wrist strap is too high, which is not suitable for the electronics industry because of the number of electronic components. Can withstand high pressure above 1500V.
