Anti-static Operating Procedures for Personnel
While anti-static facilities are essential in the workshop, anti-static management of personnel during operation is equally crucial. The following precautions must be observed by all personnel handling electrostatically sensitive devices (production, assembly, measurement, debugging, storage, distribution, etc.):
1. Avoid operations that may cause electrostatic damage;
2. Wear anti-static work clothes, shoes, and hats;
3. Use anti-static wrist straps (or elbow straps, ankle straps);
4. Before operating, the operator must touch the anti-static workbench or metal grounding wire with their hand;
5. Within the electrostatic protection area, avoid actions that easily generate static electricity, such as rubbing feet, rubbing hands, or putting on and taking off work clothes.
6. When tilting devices out of packaging, do so as gently as possible to avoid generating static charge (severe potentials can reach 1000-1500V) during rapid tilting;

7. When handling devices, touch the casing and avoid touching the external leads or pins of the device.
