Anti-static floor mat - remember to clean
Anti-static mats are used in many electronics factories, but anti-static mats are not very clean and are easily overlooked by the factory. After laying an anti-static mat on an electronics factory, it was found that the system resistance of the anti-static mat exceeded the standard in a subsequent test.
After observing the site, it was found that there was more dust on the surface of the anti-static mat that was laid. After thoroughly cleaning the surface, it was re-tested, and the system resistance of the anti-static mat was fully qualified. This also fully demonstrates the importance of anti-static floor mat cleaning, but do not use corrosive solvents when cleaning, so as not to reduce the life of anti-static mats.
The system resistance of the anti-static mat is preferably tested every three months. Of course, before cleaning, remember to clean your anti-static mats.
Anti-static floor is also the same as cleaning often!
