Anti-static shoes as standard

Anti-static shoes can only function if they are properly connected to the conductive floor. When your anti-static shoes are worn in the correct way and are tightly connected to the ESD floor, it means that the charge on your body can be discharged to the ground to achieve an anti-static effect.
If you are wearing anti-static shoes, but your back heels are exposed, it means that your feet are not connected to the anti-static work shoes at all, nor are they connected to the conductive floor. Where can there be static discharge? There is no antistatic effect at all.
