Anti-static smt rack
The anti-static SMT loading and unloading bin is processed by electrostatic protection material, which can quickly and effectively dissipate the electrostatic charge on the surface or volume of the material, and provide equipotential protection for the electrostatic discharge sensitive components. The loading and unloading frame consists of four uprights, two side panels (one movable panel, one fixed) and a number of screws and spacers.
The bottom plate material is galvanized sheet, and the column and insert are made of aluminum alloy material, which is beautiful and durable.
The slot plate uses anti-static BMC material, which has anti-static properties and does not lose its anti-static performance due to changes in time, environment and temperature. The product material is PPE or conductive impact-resistant polystyrene.

Enter the oven and use screws to fasten the SMT loading and unloading rack; the gear adjustment SMT loading and unloading rack cannot be used in the oven.

A bottom plate can bear 20-25KG gravity, no deformation, no damage, plastic side plate meets GJB3007-97 test standard.
B is rugged and strong, and can be used with different sizes of PCB products. The column will not be deformed when the finished product is fully loaded.
The C plating part has not changed color in the salt test for 15 minutes, and the use period is over 12 months.
