In the manufacturing process of electronic products, electrostatic discharge can change the characteristics of semiconductor devices, causing damage or unstable performance, resulting in damage to the final product or improper use. Experts have done statistics, the average product loss due to static electricity is about 8-33%. The danger of anti-static is so great, how to protect electronic products in the production process? Experts believe that the following aspects must be done:

The difficulty itself is not a permanent anti-static, impedance value, temperature and humidity effects and friction resistance (these listed are all Ke Hongjian's technical advantages), and the biggest difficulty is the use of "SMT film" The adhesive tape is sticky. In order to ensure the reliability of SMT non-stop feeding, the belt is designed to achieve the highest viscosity. If there is anti-static coating on the back of the tape, the adhesive surface of the tape can easily transfer the anti-static coating. That is, the tape is stuck away from the antistatic coating, which affects the stability of antistatic. From the structural characteristics of the anti-static tape (as shown in Figure 1), how to prevent the anti-static coating from being migrated by the rubber surface? The most important thing is to firmly fix the antistatic coating on the substrate of the tape to form a molecular chain. In response to this technical problem, Kehong will not be afraid of difficulties in the R&D team, give full play to its technological advantages, combine foreign advanced technology, and after thousands of matching experiments, finally overcome this technical difficulty! In the first half of 2008, "SMT anti-static film" (shown in Figure 2) has passed the rigorous testing of many well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Huawei and Flextronics, reaching a dynamic electrostatic voltage of <30V (as shown in Figure 3). Up to now, through the comparison test with the products of the same industry in the world, the results show that the products of Haiwei Dahang have the best performance, and the products with the best requirements in the EMS process have become the best products in this market segment. Leader. At present, the products are very mature, stable and supplied in batches, and are widely praised by customers. The breakthrough of this technical problem has finally brought about an increase in the yield of the electronics manufacturing industry!
