Antistatic tape, how to classify
Anti-static tape is divided into mesh tape and scotch tape. It has anti-static function and can be used for packaging electronic products.
Anti-static mesh tape is made of anti-static OPP material. It has the characteristics of releasing static charge and has transparency. When used, only electrostatic voltages below 100V (generally tape ≥5000V) are generated, which greatly reduces the electrostatic hazards generated by product packaging.
The anti-static transparent tape is made of pressure-sensitive adhesive with an anti-static agent coated on the surface of the OPP film, and is made after anti-static treatment. The whole roll is light yellow, but it is completely transparent after being pulled apart. The resistance value of the rubber surface is 10 ^ 8Ω-10 ^ 10Ω, which is used for circuit boards, notebook computers, mobile phone communication, etc., which need anti-static products, external packaging and clean rooms.
2. Anti-static warning tape itself does not have anti-static function, and the surface is printed with anti-static logo, which can be used as a warning for static-sensitive products or anti-static areas.
