Some employees do not wear gloves when they work because they feel that wearing gloves is troublesome and inflexible; some employees do not comply with the regulations on their necks. Some workers put towels aside and put them on the rack. Some workers do not use them at all, but use them to cope with inspections. Some grassroots units even discounted the labor insurance supplies that employees should have received. Cash distribution, and took the opportunity to raise the standard. In addition, due to factors such as procurement, warehousing and transportation, some companies issued poor quality labor insurance products, and employees were reluctant to use them. The author's research found that the company's responsible for purchasing labor insurance products or their sense of responsibility was not strong, or the professional knowledge of labor insurance products was not high, resulting in poor quality of labor insurance products purchased by employees, employees could not use them, and it was not easy to use them. For example, workers in mines and construction companies often wear hats and touch their heads at work, but the quality of the helmets is too poor, and once they are put on, they will break. Once the work clothes are put on, they will open the work clothes and the buttons will fall off; gloves will also be worn as soon as they are put on, and rubber boots are even more problematic. They will break when worn, causing workers to "break shoes, hats, and work clothes on their bodies". In the long run, this is another reason why workers are reluctant to wear and use labor protection products.
