Cleaning ESD clothes cannot be done as casually as ordinary clothes.

As a kind of special protective workwear, cleanroom clothing cannot be cleaned as casually as the clothes we wear every day. Improper cleaning may reduce the performance of dust-free clothing, affect the environment of the production workshop, and bring hidden dangers to product quality.
So what should you pay attention to when cleaning dust-free clothes?
1. Before cleaning dust-free clothes, sorting and pre-processing are required. After getting the dust-free clothes, first check whether there are stubborn stains or oil stains on the surface of the dust-free clothes. If there are any, pre-decontamination treatment must be carried out. If the surface of the clothes is damaged or there are problems with buttons, zippers, elastic bands, Velcro and other accessories, they must be repaired. If the damage is serious, they must be replaced or scrapped.
2. Use neutral detergent to clean dust-free clothes. Strong acid or alkali type detergents will affect the service life of dust-free clothing and damage the protective function of dust-free clothing.
3. After cleaning, the performance of the dust-free clothing must be tested. Cleaning the dust-free clothes is not only to wash away the stains on the surface, but also to make the dust-free clothes reach the clean level, so that the dust-free clothes can be used to their maximum effect. Whether the cleanliness meets the standard cannot be identified by the naked eye and requires professional instruments for testing.
