1. Work clothes in general production area, control area and clean area should be clearly distinguished in style and color, and should not be mixed.
2. Washing and disinfection of clean room work clothes
(1) Work clothes in general production areas are washed 1 to 2 times a week. Work clothes in control areas and clean areas must be washed and disinfected every shift.
(2) At the end of the work, the staff in the control area and the clean area should change their work clothes in time and put them in the window to be washed and disinfected by a special person to wash. Do not bring out the control area or washing area.
(3) Washing and drying of work clothes should be done in a clean room to avoid contamination by dust and insects. Work clothes with different cleanliness requirements should be washed separately. The sterile clothes in the clean area and the control area are washed and dried, and then packed into sterilization bags one by one, and sterilized in a centralized manner. After sterilization, make a status mark and indicate the sterilization date, and use the work clothes after sterilization within 2 days.
(4) Work clothes cabinets should be divided into work clothes cabinets and work clothes cabinets, and there are obvious signs, and they must not be mixed to prevent cross-contamination.
