Common methods to isolate the human body from static electricity




There are three main anti-static aspects of the human body: anti-static clothes, anti-static shoes, and anti-static wrist straps.
The role of anti-static shoes and anti-static wrist straps is to conduct static electricity away from the human body and avoid accumulation on the human body.
Ordinary clothes will generate a large static voltage (>1000V) when moving around. But anti-static clothing will not happen when moving. This is the main function of anti-static clothing.
Long antistatic clothing cannot shield the static electricity generated by the clothes inside (still >1000V after wearing).
The grid-shaped antistatic clothing can be shielded (<200V).
The generated static electricity is introduced into the general grounding wire outside the plant through the conductive floor and the grounding wires everywhere.
