Detection method of anti-static safety helmet
1. When measuring the anti-static performance of the helmet, indoor constant temperature and humidity are required.
2. Before the test, the helmet should be pre-treated at least 24h.
Pretreatment method: adjust temperature and humidity.
The above pretreatment requirements can be combined with helmet comprehensive pretreatment box
3. Apply two electrodes in parallel on the flat part of the tested helmet.
Electrode length: 100mm ± 1mm
Electrode width: 1mm ± 0.1mm
Electrodes should be placed in parallel with a pitch of 10mm ± 0.5mm
The electrode material is metal foil
4. The electrode and the safety helmet are bonded with a conductive adhesive with a resistance value <1KΩ.
5. Connect the measurement terminal of the high resistance meter to the electrode and read the resistance value displayed by the high resistance meter.
6. Repeat measurement with the exchange electrode.
