The anti-static dust-free clothes can be cleaned repeatedly. Special equipment should be used to test whether the anti-static performance meets the specifications. If it does not meet the standards, it must be replaced in time. Different levels of workshops have different requirements. There are many kinds of anti-static fabrics, 0.5 stripes and 0.5 grids and 0.25 grids, and the quality is also different. The smaller the distance between the conductive filaments, the better the performance and the longer the durability.
When the anti-static clothing is damaged, mildewed, the conductive fiber is broken or has reached the washing resistance time specified by the anti-static level, it should be replaced in time.
The user unit should sample the anti-static work clothes whose service life has reached half of the service life or the storage period has reached 1 year, and the products that have lost the anti-static performance after testing should be discarded in time to ensure that the products are qualified for use.
