The humidity of the electronics factory has no effect on static electricity:

It is well known that dry winters are more prone to static electricity than summers with high humidity. The effects of humidity on electrostatic hazards are as follows:

1. When the humidity is high, the moisture adsorbed on the surface of the material increases, and as a result, the conductivity of the surface of the material increases. In addition, depending on the nature of the material, internal moisture absorption also occurs, which increases the overall electrical conductivity of the material. Therefore, early static countermeasures were humidity management.

2. According to recent research, the charge on the surface of the charged body is not only discharged through the surface and the body, but also discharged to the air. Experiments have shown that in a high-humidity environment, when the charge density of the surface of the charged body is high, the charge is rapidly released into the air. But when the charged energy is very low, this phenomenon is not obvious.

Therefore, the anti-static area of the electronics factory should control a humidity in the workshop to reduce the damage of static electricity to the product.
