ESD anti-static tape
Anti-static type and warning type.
1. Anti-static tape is divided into two kinds of mesh tape and transparent tape. It has anti-static function and can be used for packaging of electronic products.
2. Anti-static warning tape itself does not have anti-static function, the surface is printed with anti-static mark, can be used for electrostatic sensitive products or anti-static area to provide a warning function.
Anti-static grid tape
Made of anti-static OPP material. Has the property of venting static charge and has transparency.
When used, it only produces electrostatic voltage below 100V (generally tape ≥5000V).
The electrostatic hazard generated by the product package is greatly reduced.
Anti-static transparent tape
The pressure-sensitive adhesive added with an antistatic agent on the surface of the OPP film is subjected to an antistatic treatment to form an antistatic transparent tape.
The whole roll is light yellow, but it is completely transparent after being pulled apart.
The surface resistance value is 10^8Ω-10^10Ω.
It is used for circuit board, notebook computer, mobile phone communication, etc. It requires external packaging of anti-static products and use of clean room.
