ESD operation specifications at the company's production site
1. All components must be operated on an electrostatic safety workbench, and all components entering the anti-static work area must be handled in accordance with anti-static requirements.
2. SMD equipment without anti-static packaging must not enter the production site.
3. When removing components from electrostatic protective containers, they should be done on an electrostatic safety workbench. As a staff member, the following three points should be observed:
(1) Anti-static work clothes must be worn.
(2) Wear an anti-static wrist strap that is in good contact with the skin and reliably grounded.
(3) When touching valuable SMD components, it is best to wear anti-static gloves or finger cots.
4. For components without anti-static packaging, static electricity should be eliminated before entering the electrostatic work site.
5. Important operating stations should be equipped with monitors to check whether the wrist strap is in normal condition at any time.
6. Ordinary clothing, drawings, etc. must not come into contact with components.
7. When holding sensitive devices, avoid touching leads and terminals.
8. When cleaning certain components, use an anti-static brush instead of a plastic brush.
9. All tools, fixtures, equipment, and instruments that must be used on the job site and do not have anti-static features should be placed on an anti-static bench mat(or ESD table mat).

10. Reusing packaging tubes for components is prohibited.
11. When manually soldering, use an anti-static low-voltage soldering iron.
12. Use a grounding wire for equipment such as low-voltage DC electric screwdrivers.
13. Outsiders entering the production site must not touch components without taking anti-static measures.
14. All equipment on the production site must take anti-static measures.
