Hanging ionizer and ion air bar
Suspension ion generators, also known as strip ion generators, are mainly used to solve the problem of clogging the ion flow diffusion path of the ion generator due to too many items on the workbench. These ion generators can be suspended 60-120CM above the workbench, usually via mounting chains or directly mounted on the workbench frame. This configuration makes items less likely to block the flow of ionized air, making it a good solution if workstation space is limited.
Strip ionizers can also be used to automate processes for a wider range of products. A good use case is plastic film and lamination. Static electricity can attract dust during the process and degrade the quality of the laminated product, but running it under a bar ionizer first ensures quality handling practices.
Advantages: Fast ion transport. Can be expanded in size to cover larger targets. Installation does not hinder operation. The ions are less likely to be blocked.
Disadvantages: Not as easy to migrate to multiple locations as fan ionizers.
