How long can anti-static clothing be worn after purchase
How long can an anti-static coverall be worn? We all know that ordinary coveralls can be worn for a long time, as long as they are not broken. But because of the particularity of the anti-static coverall, can it be worn for a long time?
Anti-static coveralls that are damaged, sutures broken, mildewed, conductive fibers broken, or have reached the washing time of the anti-static grade rules, should be discarded in time. The operating unit shall sample the anti-static clothing whose service period has reached half of the service period or the storage period of one year, and the products that have lost the anti-static function shall be discarded in time to ensure that the products are qualified for use.
Note also when using anti-static coveralls:
1. Anti-static clothing must be worn in conjunction with anti-static shoes specified in GB4385.
2. Do not attach or wear any metal objects on the anti-static clothing. The things that need to be carried should have anti-static and anti-spark functions; metal objects should be placed in the anti-static factory clothing belt to prevent metal parts from showing.
3. Stop wearing and taking off anti-static coveralls in flammable and explosive places.
4. Do not wear anti-static coveralls in a strong electromagnetic environment or in an area near high-voltage bare wires.
