How to Change into Cleanroom Gowns After Leaving the Cleanroom
Personnel leaving the cleanroom should observe the following requirements:
1. When leaving, personnel should remove their full set of cleanroom garments and disposable protective equipment. Upon returning, they should put on a freshly processed set of cleanroom garments.
2. Personnel should remove disposable protective equipment, but the cleanroom garments can be reused.
3. If a complete change of cleanroom garments is required upon returning, the cap, gloves, face mask, and shoe covers can be disposed of as waste in the designated bin.

4. If the cleanroom garments are not disposable, they should be placed in a separate bin and sent to the cleanroom's dedicated laundry room for processing.
If the cleanroom garments are to be worn again upon returning, care should be taken to minimize contamination of the outer surface when removing them. Cleanroom shoes should be removed outside the horizontal bench, and feet should be placed in less clean areas (plastic shoe covers may be required if necessary). The jumpsuit or long-sleeved shirt must be unfastened, but hands must not be removed from the clothing. That is, the jumpsuit or long-sleeved shirt should be pulled down from the shoulders to the waist, and then the hands should be removed. If you are wearing a jumpsuit, you should sit down to take it off, taking off one leg so that the empty sleeves and pant legs of the jumpsuit do not touch the ground. Then you can take off one leg, and finally remove the hood and helmet.
