How to check whether the anti-static plastic box is qualified
1. The general test is very simple. Put the surface impedance tester on the static turnover box and press the test button. The resistance range is 10e6-10e9
2. For stricter requirements, a surface static voltage test is required. The method is to use a surface static voltage meter to detect the surface static voltage. The national standard & international standard range is: within plus or minus 100 volts
3. The most standard test method is to conduct:
1) High humidity: 50+-5%RH 23+-3 degrees Celsius, place for 48 hours, take out for volume resistance, surface static voltage, and surface resistance test
2) Low humidity: 30+-5%RH 23+-3 degrees Celsius, place for 48 hours, take out for volume resistance, surface static voltage, and surface resistance test
4. If the test results meet the national standard requirements of 6-11, the static detection is qualified and can meet the production line trial requirements
5. In view of quality inspection, the electrostatic box is usually picked up and freely dropped from a height of 1 meter. If it is not damaged, the quality is good.
