The harm of static electricity in production is serious, so the use of static electricity removal equipment is an effective way for enterprises to eliminate static electricity. The working principle of the static eliminator: It consists of a high-voltage power generator and a discharge electrode. The ion rod is a rod-shaped design. The horizontal static eliminator can be divided into AC ion rods and DC ion rods; there are air source ion rods and passive ion rods. The application range is very wide, and it can be used in scenes of long and short distances or fast and slow speeds. Characteristics of ion rods: rapid neutralization of static electricity; stable airflow and long coverage area; simple installation; customizable length. In addition, the smart ion rod can be equipped with an electrostatic sensor for online monitoring.
