How to prevent static electricity from electronic products
It is well known that static electricity has great damage and influence on electronic products. Circuits are very sensitive to static high voltage. When people or objects with static electricity come into contact with these components, static electricity will be released. When static high voltage impacts the circuit, it will cause internal oxidation. The film will be broken down and damaged, causing damage to the components or abnormal operation. Therefore, preventing static electricity is the key to the electronics industry.
1. Prevention of static electricity in the workplace. Where conditions permit, the workplace should be equipped with more anti-static equipment, such as anti-static workbenches, anti-static work chairs, anti-static floor mats, etc. The indoor relative humidity should be maintained at 40%-60%.
2. The operator’s own electrostatic prevention, the operator should always keep in mind the hazards of static electricity, and should be equipped with anti-static overalls, anti-static gloves, anti-static wrist straps, etc. during operation.
3. Special attention should be paid to the protection of static electricity during the turnover, packaging and transportation of electronic components. Anti-static turnover boxes should be used in the turnover process. The anti-static turnover rack should be packed with anti-static inner packaging.
