3. When PET is printed, the static electricity is too high, causing dust to be adsorbed on the surface of the product, affecting product quality.
4. After PET is printed, the collection area makes it difficult to sort the products. As the number of products increases, the layers become uneven and difficult to sort.
Solution:
1. Install an anti-static ion fan when the product passes through the conveyor belt. First, effectively eliminate the static electricity generated by the friction of the product when it passes through the insulating conveyor belt to reduce the static electricity value on the product.
2. Install an anti-static ion fan when the product is printed and sorted. After the product is printed, a large amount of static electricity will be generated again during the paper feeding process of the feeder due to the friction inertia of the conveyor, which is also the main reason for the uneven sorting of the product. Installing an anti-static ion fan above the sorting can effectively eliminate the static electricity on the surface of the product and the fine dust adsorbed by the static electricity of the product. Reduce the defective rate and improve production efficiency.
