How to Use a Cleanroom Wiper
The cleanroom wipe is made of a double-woven 100% polyester fiber. Its soft surface makes it easy to wipe sensitive surfaces, prevents fiber loss, and offers excellent water absorption and cleaning efficiency. All products are cleaned and packaged in a cleanroom. The edge sealing options for the cleanroom wipe include cold cutting, laser cutting, and ultrasonic sealing. Microfiber cleanroom wipes are typically edge-sealed with laser or ultrasonic technology.
How to Use a ESD Cleanroom Wipe:
1. Wear cleanroom gloves and a mask when handling and unpacking.
2. The cleanroom wipe can be dipped in a solvent or used directly for convenience.
3. When wiping, keep all four sides of the cleanroom wipe tucked inside. Avoid contact between the edges of the wipe and the surface of the object being wiped.
4. When using a antistatic cleanroom wipe, always open the inner packaging bag in a clean environment and thoroughly clean the bag before unpacking, especially the opening. 5. When using the dust-free cloth during operation, it must be kept flat and not rubbed. When moving and wiping, try to make the fibers of the cloth and the wiping surface fully contact. Also make sure to wipe in the same direction and do not wipe back and forth repeatedly.
