surface resistance tester

The instrument is a portable resistance meter with specifications ranging from 103 ohms/m2 to 1012 ohms/m2. It is mainly used to measure surface resistance and ground resistance. When measuring surface resistance, just place the instrument on the surface of the object to be measured and press the red test button. Then the instrument will light up the corresponding lamp or insulation display in the range of 103 ohm/m2 to 1012 ohm/m2. When measuring the grounding resistance, repeat the above process while inserting the grounding plug into the socket connected to the grounding point.

The parallel grids of the instrument are clearly spaced to ensure the sensitivity of the measurement. It uses a 9VPP3 battery to supply power and can work continuously for more than 40 hours

Instrument specifications:

Dimensions: 130mm x 70mm x 25mm

Power supply: 9V PP3 battery

One grounding plug

Portable instrument leather case

The surface resistance tester has the function of measuring surface resistance and grounding resistance at the same time. Mainly used to measure static electricity consumption and conductivity of insulating surfaces, repeatable measurement and simple operation. The instrument uses the ASTM standard D-257 parallel grid induction method, and automatically performs span calibration through high-speed OP-AMP. The integrated circuit is linear, and the conversion point is ±10 1/2 (within the logarithmic range) (or ±10% average/unit).

operating

Remove the panel of the battery compartment and check whether the PP3 alkaline battery is installed. Make the instrument not touch any surface, press the test button, the insulated red LED lights up.

Put the tester on the surface to be tested, and then press the test button and keep the LED on continuously, and the value is measured.
