Human body static protection products: anti-static overalls, anti-static shoes (shoe bundle), wrist straps, gloves (finger sleeves), hats, socks.
1. Anti-static overalls: Anti-static overalls are made of blends of conductive fibers and cotton, or made of carburized or conductive synthetic fiber cloth. When rubbed against other objects, the generated static electricity leaks through the contact of the conductive dimension with the human body or through the corona discharge between the conductive fibers, thereby preventing static electricity from accumulating.
2, anti-static shoes (conductive shoes): the sole of the shoe is made of synthetic rubber (rubber and plastic) added with conductive materials, used to leak the static charge of the ESDS device operators to prevent static accumulation of human body.
3, anti-static wrist straps and foot straps: those who operate ESDS devices should use anti-static wrist straps and foot straps, the role of wrist straps and foot straps is to quickly leak the body's static charge to the ground. The anti-static wrist strap of the first flight consists of a buckle, a strap and a grounding cable. The strap, buckle and grounding cable have good electrical contact. In order to ensure the safety of the operator, a 1MΩ resistor is usually placed on the connecting wire of the wristband to limit the current flowing through the human body when the electric shock is not more than 5 mA.
4. Protective finger cots: Finger cots used by people who operate ESDS devices are made of latex with antistatic agents to prevent loss of ESDS devices due to unequal potential. The surface and volume resistance of the finger cot should be less than 1 × 109 Ω.
5, anti-static socks: anti-static socks are prepared by implanting conductive filaments in the sole material to achieve electrical contact between the human body and conductive shoes. The sole resistance should not be greater than 1 x 108 Ω.
6, work cap: the production of hat materials and work clothes, not only for anti-static, but also to prevent the operator's head dust, hair drop ESDS device dust-proof effect.
